The nationwide weighted average of the rise in the regional minimum wages was 26yen(24cents).
The Japanese Government aimed to raise them to the year 3% for the third consecutive year, and ensured it.
The national average of the minimum wage will be 874 yen(795cents).
Now the highest minimum wage by prefecture is 958yen(870cents) of Tokyo Prefecture, next is 956yen(869cents) of Kanagawa Prefecture.
And the lowest minimum wage is 737yen(670cents) of Kochi Prefecture.

I went to see The 100th National High School Baseball Championship(Summer Koshien
Tournament ) Kanagawa meeting.
Fifty six high schools are chosen to participate in the championship.
We have the largest number of participants this year.
So two high schools are chosen in Kanagawa Prefecture. The school number is one hundred
and eighty-six. One is chosen in the north erea,and the other is chosen in the south erea.
Today eight schools was decided in there respective ereas.
They can go to koshien if they win three more times.

100% domestic food
A dairy farmer began a new action in Asyoro-cho,Hokkaido.
He feed the dairy cows with 100% domestic not only the roughage but the concentrated feed.
The action is the first trial in Japan.
He says that a cost of the corn is the same as an overseas product. It is 55 yen/ kg (about 50 cents).
I hope the quality of raw milk are improved, and there are added value.
Marine Day
It was a holiday today on Marine Day. That is 3rd Monday of July.
The day was made a holiday from 1996.
We thank the benefit of marine ,and celebrate prosperity of Maritime nation Japan.

I made a coffee in the morning.
So my room became full of a good aroma of coffee. I am feeling relaxed, and got a nice start of a day.

Today’s temperature went up to 38.8℃ in Ibigawa-chou,Gife and 38.5 ℃ in Fukuchiyama city,Kyoto.
The temperature was 8 to 10℃ higher than usual years.
